We are pleased to now offer Garden room's to our customer's

We can pretty much design and build a Garden room to suit whatever you need extra space for.

Our outside rooms can cater for a large selection of uses from Garden getaways to office space at home to workshop's or merely just somewhere to store clutter,

With the right permissions in place you could even have a guest suit.

The building would consist of a timber frame structure made from treated timber.

The out side would be clad in cement board/pvc/tile.

The cement board comes in a wide selection of colours and is very hard wearing,

The pvc is a hollow structure plastic covering which also comes in a choise of colours. 

The tiles or slate finish would be down to customer preference but would normaly be done to suit your house tiles.

Inside the walls would be filled with celotex insulation to keep it warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

The inner walls would be plaster boarded and plastered ready for paint.

​

The floor would also be insulated and covered with 18mm chipboard flooring ready for you to put down a floor of your choosing, We can fit laminate flooring for you at extra cost if you don't want the hassle,

The roof would be insulated and covered with ply and felt giving a contemporary look and lasting quality, you can have a different finish ie: G.R.P or fibreglass but again that is additional and will cost more.

The doors and windows that we install to the building are a-rated and have a high security rating, they are no different to what we would install in to your home as standard. 

​

We offer electrics to the room at additional cost but we cant run it to the house and in to your fuse box. an electrician would need to do that bit for you.

​

The Garden room would consist of a felt overhanging roof to give a bit of cover when it's open'd up, and also has a section of decking out the front,

We can enlarge the decking to whatever you require to tie your building in to it's surroundings.
